Arden is our newest apartment development and the second apartment home we developed in Charlotte's historic arts district of NoDa.

Arden has the feel and design of a Craftsman style home. With stone columns complementing the brick and wood facade, this design harmonizes with the bungalow style of the surrounding houses. Oversized patios and balconies on most of the units will allow you and your friends to enjoy relaxing at Arden. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere, we saved a treasured oak tree in the middle of the property which branches span over most of the property.

Arden is surrounded by the designated art district of NoDa. The neighborhood is eclectic, with aspiring and seasonal artists, young professionals, musicians, families and many diverse cultural backgrounds.
