LAT W. PURSER, III
Chairman of the Board, CEO

Lat joined his father (who formed the company in 1961) in the company in 1976 and in 1989 became President of LPA. In 2000, Lat advanced to his present position as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Lat brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including retail, office and mixed-use development; tenant leasing; income property brokerage; and income property finance. He is very involved and affiliated with professional and community groups including International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, The Fletcher School (for Learning Disabled), Washington & Lee University, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Managers – Dowd YMCA. Lat received his Bachelor of Administration from Washington & Lee and his MBA from the University of North Carolina.

ROBERT J. OTTEN, JR.
President

Bob Otten serves as the President and Broker-in-Charge of Lat Purser & Associates, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors. Since joining Lat Purser & Associates, Inc., in 1989, Mr. Otten has served as Director of Property Management, overseen property services, developed commercial real estate, coordinated construction management and served as Executive Vice President. Promoted to President in 2000, Mr. Otten oversees all departmental operations with direct involvement in development, construction management, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Lat Purser & Associates, Inc., Mr. Otten spent 15 years in commercial construction in various management positions with national and international construction companies that included Brown & Root, McCarthy, and McDevitt & Street. Bob is member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Greater Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council and Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Bob received his B.F.A. in Environmental Design from Bowling Green State University.

JACK LEVINSON
Senior Vice President

Jack has been with LPA since 1985. For over 12 years, he has specialized in development projects for the firm. These projects include mixed-use, retail centers, commercial office, freestanding build-to-suits and the firm’s first residential development. Prior to joining the Development Group, Jack was the Director of Retail Leasing. Currently, Jack is a full member with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Programs Chair for the ULI Charlotte District Council, member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves as a Board Representative of Temple Beth El. Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

GENEVA P. HENDERSON, CLS
Senior Vice President - Jacksonville, Florida

Geneva has been with the company since 1987 and is responsible for all departmental functions including property management, retail leasing and development for LPA Florida in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Geneva oversees the property management & leasing of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate. Geneva acts as tenant representative for numerous local, regional and national high-profile tenants. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where she has served on numerous committees.

LAT H. PURSER
Senior Vice President

Lat has been with LPA since 2004. Except for 2 years overseeing Asset Management, he has specialized in Acquistions for the firm. These projects are mostly grocery-anchored retail centers, but also include mixed-use, unanchored retail, and commercial office. Currently, Lat is a member with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Business Development Chair for the ULI Charlotte District Council, member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves on the Grant Making Committee for the 704 Project, the OE Committee for the Dowd YMCA, and is the Charlotte Chapter coordinator for Medals 4 Mettle. Lat received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Washington & Lee University.

PETE BRUCIA
Senior Vice President

Pete joined the company in 2006 as Controller, overseeing all corporate and property accounting functions. In his current role as Senior VP and serving on the Executive Committee, he is accountable for strategic planning, development and leadership of finance function as well as day-to-day oversight of asset and corporate performance. Previously, Pete was with a national accounting firm where he managed corporate and partnership compliance work in real estate and various other industries and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Pete received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

RANDY ROBINSON
Vice President, Property Services

Randy joined the company in 2007 as the Director of Property Management, overseeing all management activity for the company’s 3,065,455 square foot portfolio. In his current role as Vice President and serving on the Executive Committee he is accountable for property performance, budgeting, completion of capital improvement projects and reporting property financials to ownership. Previously, Randy in his 19 years in real estate management has managed office, retail, flex and multi-family properties with a variety of Charlotte based organizations including the City of Charlotte, Collett & Associates, and Robinson Realty. He was the former president of the Western North Carolina chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator designations. Randy is a member of the local IREM and BOMA chapters. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
