LPA manages numerous neighborhood and community shopping centers, suburban office buildings, as well as warehouse and flex-space distribution properties. Much of the LPA management portfolio is handled on a fee basis for outside clients, with the remainder under LPA partnerships. Management services also include receiverships, facility management and lease administration.

Our mixed-use projects blend residential, retail and office uses in a balanced setting. We provide development services including site selection and due diligence, site acquisition, approval and permitting, and financial packaging.
